  The house has 180sqm of living space and is situated overlooking the sea on the crest of a hill. It is surrounded by its own 10 acres of old olives and vines in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. The house has a central living room and large living kitchen and on both sides of the house 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. So, in total there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for 2 families.

  There is a 17mx5m swimming pool which is surrounded by rosemary terraces. The house is surrounded by terracing and has a large shaded area for outdoor eating. There is an outside shower area, large BBQ and wood fired outside oven.

  There is a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer and wifi. 
  No air conditioning, but ceiling fans.

  The house has 90 sqm of living space and is situated overlooking the valley of Noto. It is surrounded by olive groves, fields and vineyards in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. The house has a living room with open kitchen and large sliding doors to the terrace. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms. 

  There is a 6x3m infinity swimming pool, an ample space to lounge at the poolside. The house is surrounded by terracing and has a large shaded area for outdoor eating and a large BBQ.

  The house is equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, Bose system and wifi.
