What is an agriturismo?
An agriturismo is a farm offering accommodation for holidaymakers, with rooms, apartments, or both. You will stay in a renovated mansion, luxury villa, or bed & breakfast. The proprietors of these agriturismos produce wine, or olive oil, and some of them cheese, honey, or jam. You enjoy your holiday in the midst of vineyards, olive trees, hills or mountains. The ideal place to enjoy being together and switch off.
Quiet and space, water and villages
Northern Italy has some of the most beautiful lakes in Europe. I treat myself to a holiday on Lake Como every year. I love it there! Over the past few years, I have selected a substantial number of agriturismos around colourful Lake Como and bustling Lake Garda. And these agriturismos prove to be very popular, because here you get the best of both worlds: space and tranquillity, sparkling water and smiling villages.
