Boutique B&B in elegant villa in Tuscany

- Rental price villa:
Included: use of water, gas, electricity, satellite TV, WiFi, towels and bed linen (one set per week) and air conditioning.
Not included: final cleaning and tourist tax.

Upon arrival a cash deposit could be required, which will be refunded if no damage is caused.

- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation from the time of booking until 31 days before check-in: you pay the agriturismo 30% of the total amount of your reservation;
Cancellation from 30 days before check-in: you pay the agriturismo the full amount of your reservation;
In case of no show, late arrival or early departure: you pay the agriturismo the full amount of your reservation.

Note:
It may happen that you unexpectedly have to cancel your booking. You have to do so in writing to My Italy, no later than 3 working days before the expiry of the cancellation period; thereby enabling My Italy to cancel your booking at the agriturismo on time. You can also cancel directly at the agriturismo and taking into account the cancellation policy of the agriturismo. In case of cancellation the agriturismo is entitled to charge the cancellation fees as listed on this booking form. The cancellation of your booking is only final after written confirmation by My Italy or the agriturismo.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that you have any cancellation insurance.

Check in: between 17:00 and 19:00. Unless agreed otherwise.
Check out: before 10:00.
